Location: Finchley, London (minutes from Finchley Central Station)
We’re expanding our dedicated Out‑of‑Hours Team and are looking for compassionate, organised, and motivated individuals to support our domiciliary and live‑in care services across the South of England.
This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring vulnerable people receive safe, reliable, and person‑centred care in their own homes, helping them live with dignity, independence, and confidence.
About the Role: Based in our Finchley office, you’ll be at the heart of our out‑of‑hours operations, ensuring care runs smoothly when it matters most. Working closely with care staff, families, and professionals, you’ll help deliver a high‑quality, well‑planned service tailored to each individual’s needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating and managing care staff rotas using a computer‑based scheduling system
- Ensuring all care visits are safely covered and well‑planned
- Supporting and managing a team of community carers
- Proactively liaising with hospitals, GPs, social services, families, and advocates
- Responding calmly and effectively in a fast‑paced, time‑critical environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident IT skills and experience using computerised systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- A caring, professional approach with a genuine commitment to supporting others
- Someone with a brief understanding of the health and social care sector
Shift Patterns
- Monday to Friday: 6:00am–9:00am and 5:00pm–10:00pm
- Weekends: 6:00am–2:20pm and 2:40pm–10:00pm
