About The Role

We are looking to recruit an experienced staff of our out of hours role.

The shifts are available from Mon- Fri 5pm -10 pm and weekends all day.

The successful candidate will coordinate the delivery of a safe and well-planned domiciliary care service that is service user focused based in Finchley central.

We are committed to support vulnerable people in their own homes so that they can continue their lives with dignity and independence and be participating members of their communities.

You will be responsible to coordinate staff rotas using a computer-based roster system ensuring that all visits are covered.

You will proactively liaise with external agencies such as hospitals, GPs , social services as well as service user's family members and advocates.

You will manage a team of community carers. You are required to have good IT skills and ability to work within a fast-paced environment to deadlines.

 

Essential requirements:

  • Admin background
  • Care and support knowledge
  • IT literate
  • Understanding of health and social care sector
